Our Story

More than a meal
A tradition shared

Shahs of Kabob is built around the simple belief that great food brings people together

Inspired by the depth of Persian cooking and the welcoming spirit of a shared table, we serve dishes made with bold spices, quality ingredients, and a deep respect for tradition.

Every kabob starts the day before it reaches you. Meat is trimmed by hand and marinated overnight. Rice is soaked, steamed, and finished with saffron bloomed in hot water. The grill runs hot from open to close.

Los Angeles gave this kitchen its rhythm. Late dinners, big groups, neighbors who become regulars. The recipes are Persian. The energy is entirely local.
